Intensive Outpatient Program

Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is specialized treatment for adults who do not require the structure of an inpatient level of care or are transitioning from an inpatient program. It is a three-day-a-week program, for a total of nine to 15 hours.

Treatment services may include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and solution-focused therapy. Active participation in your care will bring about the best outcomes and hope for long-term recovery, so we emphasize engagement, empowerment, and accountability. We also encourage you to include your family in your treatment as much as possible.
